These terms and conditions apply to every order placed via inktop.be. By placing an order, you expressly accept these terms.
2. Products
We sell ink and toner cartridges: both original cartridges and house-brand and compatible cartridges. House-brand and compatible cartridges are not products of the printer manufacturer, but are suitable for the printer models stated with each product. Using a compatible cartridge does not affect your printer’s factory warranty.
We aim to describe the products and their characteristics as accurately as possible. Images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the product delivered.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in euros, including 21% VAT, and excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown separately before the final confirmation of the order. The price applicable is the one in force at the time of the order. Obvious errors in the offer are not binding on us.
4. Order and formation of the contract
The contract is formed at the moment we confirm your order and receive payment. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the event of suspected fraud or when stock is exhausted; in that case any amount already paid is refunded.
5. Payment
Payment is made online via our payment partner Mollie (including Bancontact and credit card). The order is only processed after receipt of payment.
6. Delivery
We deliver only within Belgium. Shipping costs depend on the order value and are shown separately before confirmation: from €5.95 for small orders, decreasing to free from €50. A surcharge may apply to orders containing items from multiple suppliers. Delivery is handled by an external carrier (including GLS or DPD). Stated delivery times are indicative. A delay in delivery does not give rise to any compensation or dissolution of the contract, except in the event of intent or gross negligence on our part. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The terms and the model form can be found in our right of withdrawal.
8. Legal warranty
Consumers benefit from the statutory 2-year warranty for lack of conformity, in accordance with Belgian consumer law. If you have a problem, contact us via info@inktop.be. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear.
9. Complaints and disputes
You can address complaints to info@inktop.be. We endeavour to handle every complaint within a reasonable period. This contract is governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Leuven have jurisdiction. As a consumer, you may also use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
