Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods (or of the last item, in the case of an order of several goods delivered separately).
How to exercise it
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, before the period expires, by e-mail to info@inktop.be. You may use the model form below, but this is not obligatory.
Effects of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days at the latest from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal, to the following address:

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please return the cartridges unopened and in their undamaged original packaging.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery.
